Positions Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role will work cross-functionally with all Wildflower departments to ensure the seamless execution of daily operations. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily client activities, managing vendor performance, and contributing to project-based initiatives as the studio continues to expand.
Position Requirements
- Serve as a client-facing liaison, addressing production requests and coordinating with the appropriate teams to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
- Oversee and coordinate with security, IT, valet, accounting, janitorial, and maintenance teams to optimize studio operations.
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and daily operational requirements of the studio.
- Monitor and maintain studio facilities, promptly reporting and following up on any issues.
- Assist in enforcing studio policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Support accounting and administrative functions related to studio operations.
- Provide on-site assistance during productions, troubleshooting operational challenges as needed.
- Assist in asset management oversight, maintaining real-time inventory tracking.
Qualifications
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in film, television, or commercial production required.
- Hospitality & Client Relations: Background in hospitality or client services, with ability to provide high-quality service and ensure an elevated experience for clients and production teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and adjust priorities as needed.
- Communication Skills: Strong, clear, and solution-oriented communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Client-Focused: A customer-service-oriented approach, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor to ensure an exceptional experience for clients and guests.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
