JOB SUMMARY
Marketing and social media skills are combined to enhance the company’s social presence, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue. Team member works with advertising and marketing departments to create, edit and manage all social media channels and mobile campaigns.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Working with Digital Marketing Manager to plan, develop, and implement social media strategies that support online presence, increase engagement, and drive traffic to support company goals.
- Plans and assists in monthly ad spend for paid social media campaigns.
- Develops strategic social ad campaigns and execute them on appropriate channels.
- Grows and expands the company’s social media presence to support company goals on existing and new platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing team in the planning and development of social campaigns. Ensure brand identity is communicated consistently in a fun, positive and authentic way across all social platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and best practices in digital marketing, social media, design tools, and applications.
- Plan content strategy and create a publishing schedule with relevant stakeholders for the annual marketing calendar.
- Develop relevant and engaging written, photographic, and video content for our social platforms and target audiences.
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews, comments, and questions from our online community in a timely manner and monitor guest reviews.
- Measure and analyze audience growth, engagement, content reach, engagement by content type, response rate, and feedback.
- Utilize Facebook Ads Manager and boost posts for greater return on investments.
- Communicate trends and customer feedback to appropriate internal teams.
- Provides proactive analytics of customer data, conversions, interactions, and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Comply with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc.
- Promote internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- One (1) year of work experience as a Social media specialist with hands-on experience, and can demonstrate an understanding of strategic online marketing and ad campaign strategies.
- High School Diploma or GED or ten years' experience.
- Demonstrates excellent copywriting skills.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Knowledge of online social media platforms including; Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Must thoroughly know the following platforms: Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Ad Manager, Meta for Business, and other similar technology or platforms.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Possess strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to make decisions, meet deadlines, monitor numerous projects/dates, etc.
- Need to perform repetitive motions with hands and fingers, good auditory acuity, needs to bend, lift and maneuver while performing routine office functions; needs to lift and maneuver up to 25 lbs., and needs to work in/around noisy environment and/or in adverse weather for outdoor promotions.
- Requires a High-Security Gaming License clearance.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related
- Retail and or casino experience.
