Who are we looking for

As we expand our solution into the retail vertical, we are looking for a Business Development Representative to drive growth by engaging with new and existing prospects. You will generate opportunities to be developed in collaboration with our partner network, focusing on the retail, hospitality, and healthcare segments.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the development of our product and establish a new revenue stream within the USA market.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Prospecting
  • Analyze and qualify inbound leads to ensure alignment with our business objectives
  • Account mapping, understanding how an organisation works and how to navigate it from a sales perspective
  • Perform discovery calls to understand prospect needs and identify the challenges that the prospect would like to address 
  • Engage long-term with prospective and current C-level executives to understand their transformation strategies
  • Collaborate with the x-hoppers sales team and transfer the qualified opportunity to the Account Executive to complete the sales cycle
  • Keep our CRM system updated with accurate and timely information
  • Meet and exceed quarterly Target KPI’s to drive individual and team success
  • Occasional travel for training and business needs 


What You Bring to the Team

  • You bring 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, with exposure to the retail industry
  • You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate ideas clearly and engage effectively with both team members and potential partners
  • Your grit and desire for success drive you to achieve goals, making you target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
  • You are able to work in a structured and professional manner to deliver sales targets
  • Willing to learn and try new approaches
  • You are a team player who enjoys working with others
  • Experience in working with CRM tools like Salesforce will be a plus
