About the product

Who are we looking for

As an Enterprise Account Executive at x-hoppers, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and expand our customer base within the USA market. You will play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and closing high-value deals in the B2B sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional with a strong track record in securing enterprise-level clients, managing complex sales processes, and contributing to our growth trajectory.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and using sales tools to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and tailored pitches to prospective clients, demonstrating the value of x-hoppers' solutions in solving key business challenges.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, including negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to secure successful deals.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales operations, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and customer feedback.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to management on progress, key deals, and pipeline health.
  • Lead the process of responding to Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal with tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders across complex organizations and build structured, value-driven solutions that address client requirements.
  • Lead and manage Proof of Concept deals to demonstrate the value of x-hoppers' solutions, working closely with prospects to tailor the POC to their specific needs, ultimately proving value and scaling the deal.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

What You Bring to the Team

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on account acquisition and relationship management.
  • Experience working on complex, enterprise-level deals, including the ability to handle RFI, RFP, multi-threaded sales processes, and POC deals.
  • Demonstrated success in managing POC deals to prove the value of a solution and scale the deal to enterprise level.
  • A proven ability to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure high-value agreements.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and the ability to track and manage sales activities effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments.

    The job can be done remotely from anywhere in the US, preferably on the East Coast
