Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after initial scheduling by office staff
- Conduct thorough on-site wildlife assessments (e.g., noise in the attic, signs of entry)
- Prepare and deliver reports and quotes to clients for approval
- Execute wildlife exclusion work once the quote is approved, focusing on structural flaws that allow animal entry
- Operate safely and confidently while working at heights and lifting up to 100 lbs
- Climb ladders and utilize safety equipment regularly; participate in routine safety training
- Create and send invoices upon job completion
- Maintain ongoing client communication, including job walkthroughs and post-job support
- Handle warranty checks, inspect materials, and assist in planning next steps if needed
- Provide exceptional customer service, educating clients without relying on fear-based tactics
- Maintain valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) to operate company vehicle
- High School Diploma or GED required; education or experience in pest control is a plus
- Exceptional work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to professionalism
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong mechanical or construction aptitude
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Authorization to work in the U.S
- Ability to perform tasks that include standing, walking, lifting (up to 75-100 pounds), bending, and reaching
- Comfort with heights and physical mobility to support operational needs
