Are you the go-to tech troubleshooter? Love solving problems and keeping things running? We need an IT Support Specialist to be the hero behind the scenes, making sure our team stays connected and productive!
What You’ll Do
- Be the first line of support for all things tech—laptops, phones, software, and more!
- Respond to help desk tickets - diagnose issues, isolate problems, determine and implement solutions, and escalate as needed
- Set up new team members with everything they need to hit the ground running.
- Maintain inventory of IT devices including laptops, desktops, cell phones, servers, and licensing
- Work with the IT Manager & Systems Administrator to optimize our systems.
- Experience in Level 1 & 2 IT support (help desk, troubleshooting, onboarding).
- Degree and certifications in IT, Computer Science or relevant field preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, networking basics, and VoIP systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office environment and involves frequent contact with staff.
- Travel to various Wildman locations from time to time for hardware rollouts and other support needs. Expected to average no more than 1-2 days a month.
