Wildwood Home Co. is seeking a team oriented professional to be the Social Media Marketing Coordinator This role will support various functions of the full service residential design, brick and mortar retail shop and e-commerce units that comprise the Wildwood Home Co. brand.
JOB OVERVIEW
The Wildwood Home Co. Social Media/Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing the company’s social media strategy, working across key social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Tik Tok as well as managing email marketing and making website updates as necessary. This role will be instrumental in increasing the online presence and gaining visibility for the brand among clients, vendors, and industry influencers. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for storytelling and creativity, is highly organized, team oriented with strong aptitude to collaborate, and able to flourish in a fast-paced and evolving environment to best showcase and tell our story of “who we are and what we do”.
KEY DUTIES
Coordinate, Create, and Distribute Content
- Schedule and coordinate a periodic brainstorming meeting with design team to establish content ideas for the weeks/months ahead, and to plan for a social media, editorial, marketing, and email calendar
- Create video content
- Create graphics as needed
- Video and photograph on-site and on-project studio and team-related content for posts
- Create content for marketing emails based on brand-related topics
- Assist with development of lead magnets and digital products based on online statistics/demand
- Provide strategic direction of photography, videography and graphic design endeavors for shooting, editing, graphics and lighting.

- Provide ideation and creative direction for campaigns, strategic initiatives and overall marketing and engagement efforts.
Social Media Community Management
- Assist with streamlining company social media accounts, ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements among the platforms
- Create posts and videos specific to each platform using best practices
- Engage on each platform using best practices
- Identify and monitor key industry influencers, vendors, and publications
Monitor Social Media Analytics
- Track key social media analytics every week and provide updates to the principal designer
- Track and report website statistics using Google Analytics
- Review and assess statistics and incorporate into marketing strategy
Manage Website and Online Portfolio
- Update website with images, testimonials, and new information as needed
- Review website SEO
- Organize and file professional photos online
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- A combination of education, experience and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities to meet the duties and responsibilities as well as skills
- One to two years of experience with professional B2C social media management OR one to two years of marketing experience
- Professional experience with major social media platforms
- Experience with content creation, copywriting, graphic design, web design, and strategy, data collection, and analysis
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Advanced technology skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Detail-oriented and able to operate effectively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal direction and supervision
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Work on-site, in the office and in clients’ homes
- Ability to attend team meetings
- Knowledge of interior design and/or retail preferred but not required
