Job Responsibilities:
- Guide participants through high ropes challenges, target sports, aquatics, nature explorations, STEM activities, and more! No two days will be the same as you create unforgettable experiences.
- Keep participants safe and sound during activities, ensuring they're always supervised while having the time of their lives.
- Empower and encourage participants in the activities they do. You’ll be there to listen, offer support, and help them grow through challenges.
- Be proactive in cleaning, maintaining, and inspecting equipment before, during, and after activities, ensuring everything is ready for the next adventure!
- Be an example of camp spirit and procedures. From respect to responsibility, your actions will shape the camp culture.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Patient, adaptable, hard working, and enthusiastic about working with kids outdoors.
- Effective communication and people skills with the ability to connect with children and work as part of a team.
- Ability to manage group dynamics and resolve conflicts in a calm and positive manner.
- Comfortable spending extended time outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs.).
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Previous experience working with children in a camp, recreational, or educational setting is a plus.
- Training and/or certification in team building, high ropes, target sports, and/or aquatics is a plus.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Work Schedule:
We’re looking for part-time Adventure Facilitators to join us for the Spring (April-May), Summer (June-August), and/or Fall (September-October) seasons. You can choose to work one, two, or all three seasons – it’s totally up to you!
You'll start with 5 days of paid training to ensure you're fully prepared for the role. Shifts typically run from Tuesday to Saturday, with most being 8 hours a day. However, shifts may extend depending on the team's needs. You have the flexibility to choose which days work best for your schedule, giving you the opportunity to work as much as you want.
