Annual Fund and Events Manager
Salary Range: $26.00 - $34.50/hr Depending on relevant experience

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field AND 3 years event management experience and nonprofit fundraising experience
- OR
- Associates Degree with a minimum of 5 years event management experience and nonprofit fundraising experience.
- OR
- equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
- Word Processing software; proficient with Spreadsheet software, Google Sheets

Who we are looking for:
An Annual Fund and Events Manager to be take on the development, planning, and implementation of a comprehensive Annual Giving and Event program to help support Wildwood Foundation’s mission as well as support volunteer engagement throughout Wildwood.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Annual Giving: The Manager’s primary responsibility is the strategic execution and management of a comprehensive annual giving program, including the coordination and oversight of supporting initiatives in the areas of Special Events and donor stewardship.
- Manages data to monitor Annual Giving revenue, expenses, and activity, including tracking of donor pledges.
- Works closely with the Foundation Team and necessary vendors re: message content and appropriate data to ensure accurate, on-time production of solicitation communications, both in-print and digitally.
- Manages & expands Donor Stewardship Program to include staff, family, and event donors to ensure engagement all year.
- Acts as a liaison to the Foundation Board and works with them to introduce individuals, businesses and community leaders to the work of Wildwood
Special Events: Develops and implements a comprehensive Special Events strategy that is cohesive with organization/Foundation messaging, including timelines, designed to raise funds and/or awareness on behalf of Wildwood.
- Leads ALL aspects of the planning and production of events and event goals - with focus on four premiere events, Walk for Wildwood, Spring Gala, Collaborative Art Showcase, and Trivia Night.
- Works with the Communications department for pre and post-event publicity and graphic design, including public relations, advertising etc,
- Encourages and supports Board and Committee volunteers in their efforts to solicit affiliates for sponsorships, recruit Team Walkers, sell gala tickets etc.
Qualifications
Additional Requirements:
A valid New York State Driver’s License and ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage are required.
