Wildwood School seeks a dynamic Auxiliary Program Coordinator to manage enrichment class and summer program sign-ups and programming. This role is ideal for associate teachers with experience running programs for elementary-age children. The coordinator will oversee the registration process, organize engaging enrichment activities, and ensure smooth operations of summer programming.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage sign-ups for enrichment classes and summer programs.
● Develop and coordinate engaging programming for elementary-age students.
● Work closely with teachers, families, and external vendors to ensure program success.
● Utilize strong website design and technology skills to manage registration platforms and communication.
● Oversee day-to-day logistics of programs, ensuring a safe and enriching environment for students.
● Commit to 4 weeks in the summer to run the summer program.
Qualifications:
● Experience working with elementary-age children in an educational or programmatic setting.
● Proficiency in website design and technology tools for program management.
● Strong organizational and communication skills.
● Ability to work 10-14 hours per week, with increased hours during registration periods.
● Passion for creating meaningful enrichment experiences for students.
