Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the central point of communication and coordination for architects, engineers, developers, contractors, and clients.
  • Implement project-specific AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation CAD requirements, and coordinate production with other firms to ensure conformance with client standards.
  • Manage budgets and oversee monthly billing cycles.
  • Drive planning studies, lead preliminary and final design production, and manage project permitting processes.
  • Conduct thorough QA / QC reviews of your own work and that of your team.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and the possession or pursuit of a PE license.
  • 5 years of experience in land development / site civil engineering (DC experience preferred).
  • Proven leadership skills and a passion for mentoring junior engineers.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across disciplines to deliver high-quality results.
  • What We Offer

At Wiles Mensch, we prioritize our people. Our benefits package is designed to help you thrive both personally and professionally :

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Generous Paid Time Off and extended company holidays.
  • Flexible hybrid work options to support work-life balance.
  • Professional development resources, including a paid association membership, licensure support, external trainings budget, and access to an external career coach.
  • 401(K) retirement plan with company match.
  • Tuition assistance to support lifelong learning.
  • Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
