Position : Intellectual Property Consulting Counsel
Location : Washington, DC
Description :
- Attorney for our Washington, DC office
- Six plus years of patent litigation experience; open to learning trademark litigation
- Experience in ANDA litigation a plus
- Educational background in biology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or life sciences preferred
- Ideal candidate will possess litigation experience throughout case lifecycle, including pre-trial analysis, discovery matters / disputes, taking and defending depositions, working with experts and their reports, court hearings, and trial
- Opportunity to assume significant responsibility and direct exposure to clients
- All candidates should have excellent academic credentials and references

- The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $150 to $250 per hour. Actual rate will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
