Role Overview :
Reporting to the Group VP Marketing, you will shape and execute Wiley's digital marketing transformation while leading a high-performing team. Your vision will drive innovative digital marketing programs that accelerate customer acquisition and deepen customer relationships across Wiley's portfolio.
With a remit encompassing marketing automation, web marketing, advertising, marketing technology workflow and platforms you will be a crucial driver of these changes and at the forefront of how we evolve our Marketing function. Critical to the success of this role, will be close liaison with several teams across the business to ensure a customer centric approach to marketing, including Data & Analytics, Field Marketing and Technology.
Key focus areas include :
- Developing cutting-edge digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Building and mentoring a team of digital marketing specialists
- Orchestrating personalized customer journeys across multiple channels
- Leveraging marketing technology to drive efficiency and scale
- Establishing digital KPIs and optimization frameworks
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive digital transformation
