Job Summary:
This position works closely with management and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze processes, and provide insights to improve operations, systems, and overall business performance. Responsibilities include:
· Collaborate with stakeholders and managers to understand business needs and objectives.
· Elicit, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements.
· Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization.
· Create, document and maintain process levels, training materials and procedures.
· Recommend solutions to improve efficiency and align with business goals.
· Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
· Recommend and create workflows to document critical processes and procedures.
· Support project teams in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
· Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects to meet defined objectives and timelines.
· Use data analytics tools to generate insights for decision-making.
· Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet requirements.
· Identify and resolve process issues or discrepancies.
· Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, technology, and tools, for project execution.
· Ensure all team members have access to necessary information and support.
· Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
· Ensure the IT team follows consistent methodologies and standards.
· Facilitate workshops and meetings to align on solutions.
· Identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
· Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
