What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Director - Ortho/Trauma position at Wilkes-Barre Behavioral Hospital?
Responsible for leading the clinical, educational, planning, development, implementation and evaluation of all components of Clinical Programs located in the facility. Must possess expertise and knowledge in the care, stabilization and transport of the patient across each area of specialty. Must be able to collaborate with ancillary departments, pre-hospital personnel, law enforcement and other outside agencies involved in the care of the patient. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor Degree in Nursing. Current state license where employed. Must have extensive experience in the care and treatment of the trauma patient.
