Wilkie Lexus is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, full time Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager to join our award winning sales team. We are an “Elite of Lexus” high volume auto dealer located in Haverford, PA. Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with sale associates to streamline sales process
- Review credit applications to determine credit worthiness
- Review transaction details by reviewing sales agreement with customer
- Presentation to guest at time of delivery of financial product protections using a menu
- Prepare, print and process all required documents for vehicle transaction
- Establish and maintain strong working relationship with our lenders
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction index score by providing all our guests with exceptional care and professionalism
Requirements:
- 2 years of Automotive F&I experience
- Knowledgeable in federal, state and local requirements in regards to registration, tax & title
- Excellent communications/interpersonal/negotiating skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and manage time effectively
- Reliable and dependable
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
