Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Custom Fabricator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-end millwork components, assembling custom cabinetry, and ensuring each piece meets our quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience working with wood, laminate, and veneer.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
• Cut, shape, and assemble millwork components using various tools and machinery
• Work with wood, laminate, and other materials
• Maintain precision and attention to detail in all fabrication work
• Operate saws, routers, sanders, and other woodworking equipment
• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on schedule
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace

Qualifications:

• Experience in millwork, cabinetry, or woodworking (preferred)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements
• Skilled in using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
• Team player with a strong work ethic
