Shipping Associate

Wilkie Sanderson, a leader in high-end commercial millwork, is looking for a reliable and hardworking Shipping Associate to support our shipping and delivery operations. This role is essential in ensuring our finished products are delivered accurately, safely, and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Package custom millwork products securely for shipment or delivery
• Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment and safe handling techniques
• Deliver product to job sites or customers using company vehicles
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory as needed
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols

Qualifications:

• A dependable team player with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically active role
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or delivery preferred
• Forklift experience a plus (but we’re willing to train the right person!)

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Shipping & receiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Sauk Rapids, MN 56379: Relocate before starting work (Required)
