Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and optimization of our systems and infrastructure to ensure peak performance.
- Strengthen system security by implementing and reinforcing protocols while efficiently managing any incidents that arise.
- Work closely with the development team to support CI/CD pipelines and manage containerized environments.
- Maintain, develop, and refine PowerShell scripts to streamline operations and boost productivity.
- Serve as a key escalation resource for the support team, effectively resolving complex technical challenges.
- 7 years of professional experience in IT or systems administration.
- Extensive expertise in Windows desktop and server operating systems.
- Proficient in networking, including firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Hyper-V virtualization technology.
- Familiarity with Office 365 administration.
- Competent in network configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of database administration with a strong ability to ensure system reliability.
- Comfortable utilizing CI/CD tools and containerization technologies.
- Passionate about automating repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency.
- Ability to remain calm and productive in high-pressure situations.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to overcoming complex challenges.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Exemplary business communication skills, including the ability to create comprehensive documentation.
- Enthusiastic about problem-solving and working effectively in diverse teams.
- Self-aware regarding personal limitations and motivated to seek assistance or collaborate when needed.
- A combination of a bachelor's degree, relevant IT experience, and/or recognized IT certifications.
