Responsibilities :

Construction payroll management.

  • Compile field personnel daily timesheets and validate hours vs biometric timeclock.
  • Review, prepare and finalize field tech payroll for entry into ADP.
  • Verify field personnel payroll adjustments on various jobs with prevailing wages.
  • Certified Payroll / Davis Bacon / HUD processing, entry, and submission as required whether manual or web portals.
  • Issue Certified payroll to applicable customers as required.
  • Assist with CCIP / OCIP paperwork and COI requests.
  • Monthly FL Sales Tax Reporting /

Office Management

  • Manage incoming mail - scan and forward as appropriate.
  • Assist with various invoices and local bills to be processed for payment.
  • Generate QB reports as requested.
  • Assist with various office tasks, filing, purchasing, local HR processes.
  • Liaise with corporate accounting as applicable.
  • Answer phones as needed.
  • Schedule, order and replenish various office supplies as appropriate.
  • General office tasks as required.
  • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a subcontracting construction environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills is critical.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management and prioritization abilities a must.
  • Must be ultra detail oriented.
  • Ability to process and manage payroll in a confidential manner.
  • High level of familiarity and experience in construction payroll.
  • Knowledge of Prevailing Wage Law and Certified payroll for construction jobs.
  • Ability to meet weekly deadlines and strict attention to detail.
  • Experience with ADP, QuickBooks, Elations, LCPTracker.
  • Familiarity and competency with MS Office products.
  • CCIP / OCIP process management a plus.
