Location : Greenville, NC
Pay Rate : $20 - $25 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our Intensive In-Home team in Greenville, NC . This role is ideal for a passionate mental health professional looking to make a meaningful impact on children and families in need.
Position Overview
As a QMHP in the IIH program , you will provide individualized, intensive mental health services to at-risk youth and their families in their homes . You will collaborate with licensed clinicians, caregivers, and community providers to develop treatment plans that foster behavioral and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Comprehensive Assessments – Evaluate clients' behavioral, emotional, and social needs to develop individualized Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) .
Provide Intensive In-Home Therapy – Deliver structured, evidence-based interventions , including behavioral modification, skill-building exercises, and crisis intervention .
Engage & Support Families – Lead Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings , ensuring that caregivers, schools, DSS, DJJDP, and other providers are actively involved in treatment.
Coordinate Services & Resources – Connect clients with mental health services, medical professionals, and community-based programs to ensure well-rounded support.
Monitor Progress & Document Interventions – Maintain accurate case notes, reports, and documentation to track client growth and ensure compliance with state and agency guidelines .
Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (required).
- Master’s Degree in a behavioral health-related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience providing mental health services to children and families.
