Shipping and Receiving Clerk
SUMMARY: This position offers a key support role to all departments. This individual must be well organized and self-motivated. This individual will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor. Professional courtesy and conduct must always be upheld. All personnel are responsible for maintaining general cleanliness of all warehouse and dock areas as well as related equipment. Appropriate licenses and personal vehicle insurance will be required to attain this position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
· Regularly interact with customers, suppliers, freight carriers, and WILKO plant personnel.
· Prepare and put away finished goods/materials in an organized fashion as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
· Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment as assigned.
· Scan and verify outgoing shipments.
· Notify Shipping Manager of any shipment discrepancies.
· Maintain warehouse location books as tasks are completed.
· Verify and process incoming goods/materials.
· Loading/unloading of all goods/materials between all WILKO manufacturing and supplier/customer facilities using a company vehicle.
· Understand and apply the Quality Management System along with ISO-9001 and TS-16949.
· Wear the provided uniform and safety equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
