Position Summary: The Class A Multifamily Property Manager is responsible for the overall operation and success of a luxury multifamily property. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction, and achieving financial performance goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing upscale residential communities and a proven track record in customer service, team leadership, and financial management.
Key Roles / Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards, with attention to detail in
cleanliness, landscaping, and overall presentation. - Develop and implement property management procedures to improve efficiency and enhance
tenant satisfaction. - Prepare and manage the property budget, including operating expenses, capital improvements, and vendor contracts.
- Monitor financial performance, including rent collections, accounts payable/receivable, and
prepare monthly financial reports. - Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants.
- Oversee the leasing process, including showing units, processing applications, and executing
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure staff adherence to company policies and

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Position requires at least 5 years of experience in on-site multi-family property management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related
field preferred. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Must be available evenings, night, weekends for staffing needs and emergencies.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Positions self to install equipment, including under desks.
- Moves throughout the building to access files.
