What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Worker position at Will Enterprises?
Will Enterprises is currently seeking silk screening printers, packers, and production workers. Will Enterprises specializes in the silk screening and embroidery of apparel and promotional items. This position handles the application of silk screening as a manual or automatic press operator. We are willing to train as well if you do not have experience.
Printers are responsible for :
- setting up manual and automatic presses for jobs
- maintaining quality control of jobs in-process
- pulling product from inventory and organizing jobs for printing
- packing boxes, lifting, and moving boxes either by hand, with a pallet jack, or a dolly
- loading shirts onto and removing shirts from a press
