Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Executive Director with a strong background in sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in operations management, and the ability to drive business development initiatives. This role requires a visionary leader who can effectively adapt to any task. The Assistant Executive Director will be responsible for assisting the community wherever Necessary.
Responsibilities
- Monitors the day-to-day work provided by the clinical managers; supervising, critiquing, suggesting, and educating the staff on proper work standards.
- Assures all clinical quality assurance is completed weekly, monthly ect.
- .Assist the Executive Director in marketing efforts as assigned by the Executive Director. .
- Assists and helps facilitate the monthly Community staff meetings.
- Perform the duties of a medication aide or caregivers in cases of extreme staffing shortages
- Schedules to work at least one weekend day per week as indicated by the Executive Director.
- Performs any other job duties as assigned by any member of management.
- Acts as the person in charge in the absence of the Executive Director and other managers/department heads.
Experience
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role.
- Strong background in operations management with demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives.
- Proven Experience in Sales and Marketing, preferbly in Assisted Living/Memory Care
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of successful partnerships and collaborations.
- Demonstrated expertise in business development strategies that drive organizational growth.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams towards common goals.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the capacity to think critically about future challenges and opportunities.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Ability to motivate self to direct staff in a calm and professional manner.
- Requires minimal supervision. Is a self-starter.
- Is accurate, dependable, neat, and thorough in tasks.
- Displays mature behavior and attitude in speech and action.
- Demonstrates consistently pleasant demeanor, tone of voice, supports the philosophy and approach to care used by the Community.
- Keeps resident information confidential, and respects resident rights and resident privacy.
- Abides by established policies and procedures of the Community. Looks for ways to improve Community functioning.
- Organizes and utilizes time appropriately. Sets priorities to accomplish assigned tasks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
