The Executive Director is responsible for the overall management and operations of Willamette Springs, ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our residents. This includes overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, and fostering a positive and supportive community environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to the community, fostering a culture of care and excellence.
- Manage and oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
- Lead and support a team of dedicated professionals, promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial health and stability.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to all residents.
- Represent the community in a professional and engaging manner with external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within senior living, healthcare, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing senior living communities.
- Proven experience in financial management and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
