Job Description
As a Home and Community Based Services Aide, you will provide support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for individuals to remain in their own homes. You will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, as well as assisting with household tasks essential to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide support with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
• Report observations of patient condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• PCA or HHA certification.
• Six months experience in home care preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified patients' needs.
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
