Responsibilities
- Initiate, develop, implement, and make necessary revisions to the plan of care in collaboration with the physician and other healthcare professionals involved in care.
- Supervise care provided by home health aides and licensed practical vocational nurses, provide instruction as appropriate, and assign tasks according to State and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Dependable transportation
