The Supplier Relationship Manager works closely with project, people, and functional leaders across Clinical Operations & Biometrics, Procurement, Legal and Suppliers to ensure appropriate governance and oversight of RMS suppliers. He maximizes the value obtained from partnerships with external providers of Clinical Trial Services at a study, program or supplier level. This is a two level job requiring a combination of advanced skills and experience in identifying, selecting and managing external suppliers of Clinical Trial Services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of outsourcing / external resourcing in support of Clinical Operations and Biometrics (COBM) functions and sub-functions.
- Effectively manage relationships with key suppliers and represent RMS at applicable levels within management teams / steering committees.
- Develop overall RMS COBM outsourcing strategy across functions.
- Work with COBM leaders to identify and fully document outsourcing needs.
- Collaborate with Procurement and COBM Subject Matter Experts (SME) to identify and select suppliers.
- Work with Procurement, Supplier Quality Assurance and SME to qualify suppliers.
- Collaborate with Clinical Contract Administration and Legal to establish Master Services Agreement (MSA) for as many suppliers as possible.
- Establish, monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators for applicable suppliers.
- Ensure complete and accurate supplier information / records are maintained across applicable systems (e.g., Simple-Buy, CTMS, etc.)
- Manage staff; provide coaching, training and opportunities to develop skills, and give ongoing, constructive and timely feedback on performance and progress toward goals and expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is : $40.38 - $55 / hr.
