Join our dynamic team as a Junior Sales Associate and Floater, where you'll lead marketing trips, manage office logistics, support sales teams, and build strong client relationships. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a deep understanding of equity products, convey investment insights, and contribute to business growth through cross-selling opportunities.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to :
- Lead company and analyst marketing trips in the New York Region, including polling salespeople, analyzing feedback, and coordinating with the Corporate Access Manager.
- Organize marketing materials, including printing models and ensuring sign-up sheets at meetings.
- Oversee office logistics, including managing supplies, coordinating setups, and handling FedEx deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide backup support for Salespersons and Sales Associates by answering phones and promptly addressing client inquiries.
- Assist with trader travel itineraries and expense reports.
- Develop a robust understanding of equity products and pricing strategies by attending research meetings and staying informed on industry trends.
- Build relationships with client counterparts through proactive communication and timely responses.
- Convey insights on equity research and investment opportunities to clients, demonstrating expertise and value.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and inform traders of potential leads to maximize business growth.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and standards in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at time of posting is below. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Actual base salary within the specified range is based on several factors, including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, specific degrees and certifications, job responsibilities, market considerations and, if applicable, the location of the position.
This role is eligible for either a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance) and / or commission-based incentives.
