Job Description

- Establish site-specific safety requirements in partnership with the safety team to ensure programs and policies are executed. ">
- Create a project execution plan with pre-construction and operations personnel to facilitate contract management, resource planning, procurement requirements, and critical path schedule management. ">
- Monitor financials, including cost monitoring, cost and revenue projections, change order logs, under/over-billing reports, invoicing, and maintain project records. ">
- Manage material and subcontract procurements, including on-site management, receiving, progress reporting, invoicing, and committed cost management. ">
- Develop and execute pre-construction plans with project teams, estimate reviews to understand strategies, risks, and opportunities. ">
- Prepare project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and work plans. ">
- Oversee project closeout, including final documentation, invoicing, and retainage release. ">
- Build relationships with local marketplaces and interact with project teams, business leaders, and management. ">
Requirements
">- ">
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (high school diploma or equivalent accepted). ">
- At least 5 years of industry experience, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. ">
- Experience working on clean energy & infrastructure projects. ">
- Familiarity with project management systems, such as Procore, Build2Win, MS Project, P6, and HCSS. ">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel. ">
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing project teams. ">
- Able to travel up to 75% of the time by automobile, commercial airlines, rental vehicles, and public transportation, and lodge in public facilities. ">
