- Potential candidates should enjoy interacting with others and have exceptional customer service skills.
- Check in guest as they arrive at William Chris Vineyards for their experience.
- Exceed customer service expectations in a consistent, timely and thoughtful manner.
- Quickly and effectively resolve guest service issues; possess the innate ability to turn guest service problems into opportunities.
- Experience coordinating, collaborating, and working effectively with other departments.
- Maintains safe and clean Welcome Center, restrooms, and dry goods area by complying with William Chris Vineyards high
- Must be able to multitask and maintain a smooth flow at the Welcome Center.
- Escort guests to their seats.
- Punctuality and professionalism are other key factors for this position.

- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
- Must be able to work in an environment that may involve exposure to extreme heat or cold.
- Occasional work outside for special events
- Flexibility to work in multiple locations
- Limited breaks
- Ability to stand for hours at a time
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. on regular basis
- Ability to negotiate uneven, outdoor surfaces
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including hot and cold weather
- This position requires on-site work on a regular basis
- Travel to and from the main worksite (daily commute) is at the expense of the employee and is not considered time worked
- Travel between sites during the workday is considered time worked
