Junior Business Analyst

Position Overview:. We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support our team with compliance-related data entry and analysis. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Excel, with the ability to manage both quantitative and qualitative data. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance processes are efficiently executed while adhering to tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quantitative and qualitative data entry related to compliance processes.
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance tracking efforts.
• Utilize Excel to manage, organize, and analyze datasets effectively.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within tight turnaround times and meet established deadlines.
• Assist in process improvements and identify areas for efficiency enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel (data entry, basic formulas, sorting, filtering, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle quantitative data entry accurately.
• Highly responsive to deadlines and able to manage workload efficiently.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience or coursework in business analysis, compliance, or data management

Pay Scale: $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
