Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Scheduler / Planner to provide planning administration including scheduling, budgeting, performance monitoring, analysis, reporting, personnel planning, resource management and capacity planning. Excellent career opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of standard work, stand sequence of planning process and overall calendar of events focused on customer satisfaction, shop floor execution and system optimization.
- Maintain data integrity of ERP planning parameters.
- Lead planning and development of schedules.
- Establish demand and planning time fences.
- Controls planning data, lead times, order quantities.
- Ensure, with the cooperation of other stakeholders, the division achieves and maintains the highest possible Customer rating for satisfaction and On Time Delivery.
- Create master production schedules to support customer service and inventory turn goals.
- Drive, promote and develop positive communication with Operations to improve throughput.
- Recognize marketplace requirements and create an environment in which the use of effective scheduling logic simultaneously produces realistic master schedules and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor/maintain accuracy and integrity of ERP input information (forecasts, order reconciliation).
- Manage & control workload data analysis including plant/ work center level / cell level.
- Conduct a demonstrated lead-time analysis and measures gap to published lead times.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3 or more years of Manufacturing Scheduling or Planning experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
