Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise:
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and possibly electronic systems related to packaging machinery.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with machinery, diagnose problems, and perform repairs efficiently.
- Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems commonly used in packaging equipment.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Knowledge of packaging processes and systems used in the industry.
- Understanding of safety standards and regulations applicable to packaging machinery.
- Awareness of industry trends and developments in packaging technology.
- Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of equipment malfunctions.
- Capacity to work under pressure and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime for customers.
- Customer Service Orientation:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and understand their needs.
- Patience and diplomacy in handling customer concerns and complaints.

- Field Service Experience:
