About the Role - Investigate and analyze slip, trip, and fall accidents to determine causes and contributing factors. Conduct site inspections and collect evidence such as photos, videos, measurements, and witness statements. Prepare detailed forensic reports and accident reconstruction analyses for legal use. Provide expert testimony in court or depositions related to casework. Collaborate with attorneys, insurance adjusters, and other professionals to provide insight and support for case strategy. Keep current with industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to accident prevention.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Accident Reconstruction, Safety Sciences, Biomechanics or a related field.
- Proven experience in trip, slip, and fall accident investigations.
- Strong knowledge of relevant building codes, safety standards, and environmental factors affecting slip/trip/fall risk.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide clear, concise, and unbiased expert testimony.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Familiarity with accident reconstruction software is a plus.
