William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty is seeking an energetic self-starter for a full-time marketing coordinator position based out of the firm's Ridgefield brokerage.
William Pitt - Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty is a leading force in real estate, extending 29 offices and 1,100 sales associates in the Connecticut, Berkshires and New York markets. The firm ranks within the top 30 real estate companies nationally by sales volume.
The Brokerage Marketing Coordinator will report to the brokerage sales manager and will be in direct communication with the Corporate Marketing team to support and promote marketing tools and techniques that support company revenue drivers while maintaining a personable, team-oriented and professional disposition.
Responsibilities include:
● Manage office-level advertising from planning to execution stages, maintain office ad budget and promote products internally to agents
● Assist with creation of listing presentations for potential clients
● Maintain brand integrity through enforcement of identity standards
● Basic copywriting/editing skills reviewing listing descriptions and proofreading
● Social Media - managing office-level Facebook and Instagram accounts
● Email marketing - ability to edit templates and content within prescribed e-marketing tools
● Marketing Champion - Be the conduit between the corporate marketing team and local brokerage and sales team to provide instruction and support on marketing tools and techniques to office agents
● Backup other administrative functions as needed
● Other support as requested by the brokerage manager

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree is preferred or relevant work experience
● Minimum two years design experience
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative applications is a PLUS
● Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team
environment
● Experience in real estate preferred but not required
● Creative problem-solving skills
● Strong communication skills, verbal and written
