**Responsibilities:**
- **Financial Reporting:** Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
- **Account Reconciliation:** Ensure accuracy of monthly bank, floorplan and parts statement reconciliations, research, and correct reconciling discrepancies.
-**Monthly Schedule Review: Help lead the team to ensure deadlines are met.
- **Compliance:** Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
- **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with our accounting team and other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
**Requirements:**
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Dealership Accounting Experience (Preferred) 3-5 years of Office Manager/Controller experience
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, critical thinker and has effective time management skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Experience processing DMV for NY and/or PA, beneficial
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards in financial management.
