What are the responsibilities and job description for the File Clerk (Part-Time) position at Williams Brand?
The file clerk will assist the department in processing and filing paperwork appropriately.
Principal Roles and Responsibilities
-File and archive paperwork in alphabetical, numerical or chronological sequence for easy retrieval.
-File or retrieve paper documents and related materials.
-Move inactive files to archive filing.
-Maintains patient confidentiality.
-Create new records as necessary.
-Performs duties as requested by the Department Supervisor specific to that department.
-Assist in the smooth flow of paperwork and information within the office.
-Collect and distribute appropriate records as needed.
-When necessary, provide assistance to others when workloads increase.
-Communicates problems and concerns to supervisor/office manager.
Hours: Approximately 8 hours per week.
