What are the responsibilities and job description for the File Clerk (Part-Time) position at Williams Bros. Health Care Pharmacy?
The file clerk will assist the department in processing and filing paperwork appropriately.
Principal Roles and Responsibilities
- File and archive paperwork in alphabetical, numerical or chronological sequence for easy retrieval.
- File or retrieve paper documents and related materials.
- Move inactive files to archive filing.
- Maintains patient confidentiality.
- Create new records as necessary.
- Performs duties as requested by the Department Supervisor specific to that department.
- Assist in the smooth flow of paperwork and information within the office.
- Collect and distribute appropriate records as needed.
- When necessary, provide assistance to others when workloads increase.
- Communicates problems and concerns to supervisor / office manager.
Hours : Approximately 8 hours per week.
