- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to alumni, volunteers, and donors.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and drive results.
Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of relevant experience is required, or equal combination of education and experience.
- Technical acumen is vital. Knowledge of database management and software applications is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
