Job Summary
The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Workday Student implementation project.
Working closely with the project team, you will assist in ensuring successful project delivery by performing a variety of tasks, including:
- Scheduling project meetings and preparing necessary materials
- Keeping detailed records of project progress and decisions
- Assigning tasks and tracking progress to ensure timely completion
- Collaborating with the change management team to communicate project details to stakeholders
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent education plus experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Documentation management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products
- Experience in higher education or project management is desirable
Remote Work Options
This role is eligible to work remotely up to two days per week from locations in MA, CT, NY, or VT.
Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $25-$29 per hour, commensurate with experience.
