Hours of operation are Mon-Fri 7am-7pm, Sat-Sun 7am-5pm.
In this position, we are looking for a Dispatch Specialist who can multitask, work with computers/typing, pay great attention to detail, utilize metrics, and work with inbound/outbound phone calls in Office. The training period for this position is about 4 weeks long with a schedule of Mon-Fri 10am-7pm. The actual schedule will be full time and will be assigned based on availability after training.

What Will I Do?
- Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls.
- Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
- Monitor and respond to dispatch related items in the Dispatch inbox constantly.
- Contact customers to inform them of the technician's estimated time of arrival.
- Schedule return visits for technicians and plumbers.
- Estimate drive time accurately.
- Record and report the service calls.
- Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
- Update clients throughout the day on the technician’s progress.
- Ensure understanding by applying advanced listening skills (echoing) in all interactions
Do I have What it Takes?
- Tenured work history, likely in any field of customer service
- Typing skills 30 WPM
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- The ability to multitask is key in this role
- Experience in dispatch is a huge plus
- Call center experience a plus
- Need at least 2 years of dispatch experience.
