Inside Sales Follow-Up Team Job Description - Sales Coordinator
Overall Income $60,000-$90,000 (hourly commission)
Role Summary
The goal of a follow-up sales agent is to recapture business from customers that have already been quoted solutions by an outside sales representative or technician but have not made a purchase yet. This is an outbound phone sales role in the office.

What Will I Do?
- Provide all clients with a 5-star experience
- Ensure all actions are in alignment with company core values
- Perform consistent touch points with each lead (phone, text, email)
- Assess why the customer did not purchase and troubleshoot their concerns
- Close these jobs and coordinate with internal teams to schedule with the customer
Do I Have What It Takes?
- A minimum of 1 year outbound phone sales experience
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Proficient written and computer skills
- Proficient outbound phone skills
