What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Administrative Assistant MI position at Williams Form Engineering?
If you are looking for a fast-paced and challenging position with a family-oriented company, Williams Form Engineering is looking for a personable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented individual to join our Comstock Park, MI team. This candidate will be an integral part of the daily operations of our manufacturing facility.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Track daily attendance and vacation
- Process weekly timecards in payroll using ADP
- Maintain employee files and training records
- Assist with safety program requirements
- Be familiar with Human Resources and company policies
- Assist Corporate Human Resources with communication and posting requirements
- Provide necessary paperwork to Purchasing and Quality departments
- Track credit card usage
- Order shop supplies
- Other administrative duties such as phone support, filing, and other duties as needed
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist Plant Manager with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree/credit preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, are required
- Knowledge of computers and business computer software, including Microsoft Excel; Epicor desired
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Able to adapt to ever-changing daily priorities
- Basic mathematical skills, including calculating discounts and percentages, required
- Product/industry knowledge and experience an asset
