Responsibilities:
-Must have experience scheduling multiple crews
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of assigned projects
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Supervise project team members and provide guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate team members to define project objectives and deliverables
- Communicate updates on projects and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety guidelines
- Manage project documentation, including estimates, contracts, permits, and reports
Skills:
-Must be somewhat bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team and drive project success
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to plan and build landscape features, such as gardens, pathways, and inspect sub-contractor's work
- Must have a clean driving record
