Job Role
This is a key role within our winemaking team, responsible for conducting winery analyses, collecting wine and juice samples, and monitoring tank fermentation. You will also be involved in maintaining laboratory equipment, generating reports, and supporting cellar tasks.
Main Tasks:
- Conduct standard winery analyses
- Collect wine and juice samples
- Monitor tank fermentation
- Maintain laboratory equipment
- Generate reports using Innovint and Excel
- Support cellar tasks
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least one harvest of lab experience and previous cellar experience preferred
- BS in Enology/Chemistry or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of winemaking and viticulture
- Physical ability to climb, bend, and lift 50lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours during harvest season
