Responsibilities/Expectations:

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Nominates and confirms pipeline, fractionation and/or storage natural gas liquids positions with traders and marketers as well as external counterparts
- Communicates with customers on daily requirements and cultivates relationships with scheduling counterparts of customers and pipeline, fractionation, or storage representatives to ensure operational integrity
- Schedules monthly or daily volumes for purchase and sale contracts for multiple products; assists in reviewing volume positions and contractual provisions
- Communicates rate, tariff, fuel rates, provisions, and operational conditions to front office; communicates with sellers and buyers to verify their requirements
- Provides input on pipeline tariff, fractionation, and storage information internally and externally as needed to account for marketing positions
- Updates database used to prepare invoices and statements; assists in resolution of billing discrepancies and responds to questions regarding term transactions
- Collaborates with NGL accountants to establish and implement invoice procedures and adjustments; confirms and prepares inputs for invoice information
- Other duties as assigned
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or similar and a minimum of five (5) years of related experience OR High School diploma/GED and a minimum of seven(7) years of related experience
- Must be willing to work after hours, on-call rotations, nights, weekend shifts and holiday as needed
- May be required to work overtime
- Demonstrates outstanding organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures for general oil and gas accounting
- Sound communication skills and ability to cultivate relationships
- Preferred: Experience with Right Angle systems
- Preferred: Knowledge of US natural gas liquids pipeline systems, fractionators, storage fields, pricing indexes, and market areas
