We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Shuttle Driver/Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently to their destinations. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a strong driving background, and the ability to maintain a clean and safe vehicle. As a Shuttle Driver/Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our passengers.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including vans and buses, to transport passengers to designated locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Assist passengers with heavy luggage or equipment as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle before and after each shift to ensure safety and reliability.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and passenger needs.
- Handle any passenger inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
- Assist in filing, parking and retrieving service vehicles when not running shuttle
Experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- Experience in commercial driving or operating larger vehicles is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting passengers with their belongings.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required; additional certifications may be necessary depending on the vehicle type.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
