What are the responsibilities and job description for the Activity Coach position at Williamsburg Indoor Sports Complex?
Ninja Coach
Duties:
- Follow curriculum execution for each age group of kids
- Maintain order and continue to encourage the kids and provide direction for reaching their goal.
-Carrying some kids through the obstacles and spotting their falls.
-Installing and Un-Installing obstacles for different challenges
Experience:
- Previous experience working with students or athletes in a coaching capacity.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques.
- Experience in any of the following sports disciplines: cheerleading, martial arts, childcare, physical education, swimming, karate, basketball, or climbing.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions and provide feedback.
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their goals.
- Patience and understanding when working with individuals of different skill levels.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
